红砂7种挥发物对槐绿虎天牛成虫的引诱活性 被引量:1

摘要 为了研制高效的槐绿虎天牛诱剂,从其成虫寄主植物红砂的挥发物中选取7种化合物,即苯乙醛、2-戊醇、2-戊酮、环庚三烯、异丁酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和氢乙酰胺,分别研究单一组分和多组分配方对槐绿虎天牛的触角电位(EAG)、嗅觉行为和野外诱集效应.结果表明,7种单一组分中,槐绿虎天牛雌、雄虫均对体积分数为1.000 0%的苯乙醛有最大的EAG反应相对值和相对选择率,体积分数为0.100 0%的2-戊醇和0.010 0%的2-戊酮对雌、雄虫也有较高的引诱活性,其他4种化合物则活性较低甚至具有驱避作用.以3种引诱活性较高的化合物制成的4种复合配方中,配方M(苯乙醛和2-戊酮的体积比为1∶1)和配方N(苯乙醛和2-戊醇的体积比为1∶1)对槐绿虎天牛具有较高的引诱活性和较好的野外诱集效果,且引诱活性高于单一组分. To develop efficient attractants of Chlorophorus diadema, seven compounds, which are the volatiles of adult host-plant Reaumuria soongorica, were selected to research their attractive activity on the adults of Chlorophorus diadema. The compounds include phenylacetaldehyde, 2-pentanol, 2-pentanone, cycloheptatriene, isobutyl isobutyrate, methyl methacrylate and cyanoaeetamide. EAG, behavior and trap experiment were performed on Chlorophorus diadema with these compounds in single component and mixed formulation. The results showed that: as for the single component, the EAG response values and relative selection rates both achieved the maximums with the phenylacetaldehyde of 1.000 0% (volume fraction ) ; 2-pentanol of 0.100 0% (volume fraction ) and 2-pentanone of 0.010 0% (volume fraction ) showed higher attractive activity to Chlorophorus diadema. The other four compounds had lower biological activity or a repellent effect. In the four blends made of the three compounds with highly attractive activity, formulation M (the volume ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to 2-pentanone is 1 : 1 ) and formulation N (the volume ratio of phenylaeetaldehyde to 2-pentanol is 1 : 1 ) had higher attractive activity and better field trapping effect, and their attractive activity was higher than that of the single component.
