摘要
针对智慧城市建设的需求和任务,提出了智慧城市建设的内涵、总体框架、核心技术、关键技术和应用领域,探讨了地理信息科学的形成与研究内容.基于地理位置与时间是信息的基本属性以及可视化是人类获取知识的主要途径2个基本事实,从理论支撑、多学科融合、位置感知、环境变化感知、基于时空多源数据整合、时空过程分析、可视化表达和软件平台支撑8个方面阐述了地理信息科学在智慧城市建设中的地位和作用.
The connotation, the overall framework and the core technology, as well as the key technology and the applica- tion field of smart city construction are proposed and the formation and research content of geographic information science are discussed for requirement and assignment of smart city. Based on two facts, the one is that geographic location and time are basic attributes of information, and the other is that visualization is the main way for people to acquire knowledge, eight aspects including the theoretical support, multidisciplinary integration, location perception, environmental change percep- tion, time and space multisource data integration, time and space process analysis, visual expression and software platform support are analyzed to illustrate the role and function that the geographic information science plays in the construction of smart city.
