摘要 文章主要简述一种新型动力电池用埋铜复合板的制前设计及工艺生产流程。因动力电池PCB需要承载大电流、高电压,需要在PCB内埋置紫铜板,且紫铜板上需要根据客户需要开孔及开槽,并在压合时往孔及槽内塞树脂,铜板四周需要使用树脂包边。因此需要研发一种全新的制作方案,并能实现快速批量生产。 This paper briefly describes the pre-design and manufacturing processes for a new type of power battery PCB embedded with copper plate. Power battery PCB can bear large current and high voltage. In order to meet these requirements, conventional PCB needs to be embedded with copper plate. And holes and slots need to be developed on the copper plate. During pressing process, these holes and slots shall be plugged with resin and the copper plate edges shall be rounded with resin. The manufacturing processes for power battery PCB are new manufacturing plan which shall be developed to expedite the mass nroduction of power battery PCB.
