超高效液相色谱测定地表水中联苯胺

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱分别接紫外和荧光检测器测定联苯胺,水样检出限分别为0.06μg/L和0.016μg/L。针对水中低浓度联苯胺浓缩处理回收率较低的问题,设计4组对照试验以研究影响联苯胺提取回收率的原因。试验结果表明,添加适量NaOH溶液提高水样pH来抑制联苯胺离子化,有利于提高水样中低浓度联苯胺的提取效率;在萃取液旋蒸浓缩前,加入适量盐酸甲醇可有效防止联苯胺旋蒸损失。 Ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) were used to determine benzidine respectively by ultra- violet and fluorescence detector, the sample detection limit were 0.06 μg/L and 0.016 μg/L respectively. In order to improve the recovery rate of extract benzidine from water sample, four groups of contrast experiments are de- signed for studying the influence reasons of benzidine extraction recovery rate. The results shows that adding suit- able amount of NaOH solution can increase the pH of water sample to inhibit benzidine ionization and improve the extraction efficiency of low concentration benzidine in water samples. In addition, before the rotary distillation of the extract, adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid methanol into extract can prevent loss of benzidine effec- tively.
