摘要
针对现代造船在电缆生产设计、采购、施工及管理等方面存在的一系列问题,本文以"强化成本管控,提高经济效益"为根本,对电缆材料成本发生的全过程进行梳理,对问题、流程及方法进行识别和改进,从完善电缆生产设计、自主预裁集配着手,并深化电缆区域生产设计、预裁、敷设过程控制,以期达到从根本上解决电缆成本难于管控问题,实现降本增效、提高造船企业核心竞争力的目标。
Aiming at a series of problems existing in the modern shipbuilding in the aspects of cable production design, purchasing, construction and management, this paper researches the whole process of the cost occurs of cable material, identifies the problems and improves the procedures and method by taking strengthening the cost control and improving economic returns as a fundamental principle. The process control of cable production design, precutting and laying beginning with the perfection of the cable production design, self-precutting and centralized allocation are studied in order to fundamentally solve the management and control problems of cable cost and realize the goal including cost decreasing and benefit increasing as well as the core competence improvement of shipbuilding enterprises.
