基于D-S证据理论的灾后公路交通生命线多源信息融合技术

Multi-information Fusion Technology of Highway Traffic Lifeline Based on D-S Evidence Theory

灾后公路交通生命线的灾情信息获取具有来源广、信息格式不一、灾情时空信息变化剧烈等特点。为了提高多源异构信息的处理精度,提出基于信息源可靠度D-S证据理论建立的信息融合模型。通过对采集得到的不同公路交通生命线状态信息进行特征提取,得到关于生命线状态的初步决策结果,按照一定的融合准则以及每个信息源的可靠度进行综合判断,获得最终的融合结果,并以算例示范了模型的具体应用。

The information collection for the post-disaster highway traffic lifeline has such characteristics as a wide range of sources, different information formats and dramatic changes. In order to improve the accuracy of muhi-source heterogeneous information processing, an information fusion model based on D-S evidence theory of information source reliability was proposed. Through the feature extraction for information of different road traffic lifelines, preliminary decision results were obtained According to certain fusion criterion and the reliability of each information source, the final fusion result was determined and illustrated with an example to verify the specific application of the model.
