基于泰尔指数的陕西省能源消费区域差异研究

The Study on the Difference of Regional Energy Consumption in Shaanxi Based on the Method of Theil Index

选取陕西省2005—2014年统计数据,利用泰尔指数将区域内差异和区域间差异对总差异的贡献率进行了分析。结果显示:陕西省在2005—2014年能源消费量区域差异明显,但整体上看能源消费量区域差异在逐年缩小。而能源消费量区域差异主要来自区域内差异,且区域内差异主要由关中地区和陕北地区的能源消费量差异所引起。就此提出了缩小陕西省能源消费区域差异的建议,以期促进陕西省区域间能源消费的平衡及陕西省各地区经济的协调发展。

Based on the selection of statistical data from 2005 to 2014, the article analyzes the contribution rate of intra - regional and interregionaldifferences to the total difference by means of Theil Index. The results show that the interregional differences of energy consumption amount in 2005 - 2014 are quite obvious in Shaanxi, buton the whole, energy consumption regional differences are decreasing year by year. Meanwhile, en- ergy consumption regional differences mainly come from intra -regional differences, which are chiefly caused by energy consumption differences of Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi areas. Therefore, some suggestions to narrow the energy consumption regional gap are presented so as to promote the coordinated development of in- terregional economy in Shaanxi.
