The designers need to apply the concept of energy conservative in design, strictly implement government regulations, standards and policies in the design, and make energy conservation planning and design, through the energy conservative design of the building envelope system and other technical measures, together with other professionals, design buildings which can reduce energy loss and improve energy efficiency.
