摘要 随着我国经济迅速发展,人们对居住建筑的需求量和标准大幅度提高,建筑对能源的需求也迅速增长,从而加剧了供需矛盾,建筑节能势在必行。节能设计是建筑节能的重要环节。设计者要以节能的设计理念,在设计中严格执行政府制定的法规、标准和政策,因地制宜做好节能规划设计,通过建筑围护结构的节能设计等技术措施,配合其他专业,设计出减少能源损耗、提高能源利用效率的建筑。节约能源已成为民众的共识,建造节能建筑前景广阔。 With the rapid development of China's economy, people's demand for residential buildings and standards greatly improved. The energy demand for the buildings is also growing rapidly. Thus the contradiction between supply and demand exacerbated. Therefore, building energy conservation is imperative. Energy efficiency building design is an important part of building energy conservation. The designers need to apply the concept of energy conservative in design, strictly implement government regulations, standards and policies in the design, and make energy conservation planning and design, through the energy conservative design of the building envelope system and other technical measures, together with other professionals, design buildings which can reduce energy loss and improve energy efficiency. The need of energy conservation has become a common understanding of the people, the construction of energy-efficient buildings has a broad prospects.
