脑梗死患者颅内外动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的影响因素研究

INFLUENCE FACTORS OF INTRACRANIAL ATHEROSCLEROTIC STENOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL INFARCTION

目的探讨影响脑梗死患者颅内外动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的相关因素,并对其进行分析,以供临床诊治参考。方法选取脑梗死患者120例,根据患者血管病变位置的不同进行分组,分析其相关影响因素。结果性别、TC与LDL-C水平是影响脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化性狭窄位置的主要影响因素。结论脑梗死患者颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄几率高于颅外动脉粥样硬化性狭窄几率,男性同时伴有颅内狭窄与颅外狭窄的几率高于女性,颅内动脉狭窄患者多数存在血脂水平控制不佳的情况。

Objective To explore related influencing factors of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis for the cerebral infarction patients. Methods We selected 120 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,according to the position of vascular lesions in patients with different groups, to analyze its related factors. Results Gender, TC and LDL- C level were the main factors to influence cerebral infarction location in atheroscle- rotic stenosis patients. Conclusions Cerebral infarction patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis are higher than the risk of extracranial artery atherosclerotic stenosis in rate, men at the same time with chances of extracranial and intracranial stenosis is higher than women, most patients with intracranial artery stenosis is poorly controlled blood lipid level.
