猪精液稀释液室温贮存时间效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决因水质所致的猪精液稀释液效果不稳定的问题,试验选用实验室研制的配方A和公开BTS两个配方配制成液态稀释液,过滤除菌,室温过夏天贮存后与某商业用的液态稀释液(液态B)做对照,观察3种液态稀释液室温贮存时间对精子活力和生存指数的影响。结果表明,BTS、配方A液态室温贮存396 d用于稀释猪精液,保存第3天精子活力和生存指数分别为0.85、0.75和40.80、39.60,优于液态B的0.2和24.60,仍能满足人工授精精子活力的要求。因此,BTS和配方A液态精液稀释液可以推广应用,液态室温贮存保持期可达1年。 In order to solve this problem due to the water quality, Diluent Formula A (DFA) and BTS made in our own lab were used to extend semen samples, of which the bacteria was filtered out, and then were preserved at ambient temperature for the whole summer. A commercial extender (liquid B) was introduced as control group. Sperm motility and survival index were investigated among three different formulations of semen diluents. The results showed that after 396 d stored at ambient temperature, the DFA and BTS formula semen diluents diluted sperm can still meet the requirements of artificial insemination, and the sperm motility and survival index were 0.85, 0.75 and 40.80, 39.60 after 3 days, respectively, which was better than liquid B (0.2, 24.60). Therefore, BTS and DFA semen dilution formula can be applied in production and constantly stored for one year in liquid.
