超声引导穿刺活检在4A类乳腺结节定性诊断中的价值

VALUE OF ULTRASOUND-GUIDED CORE NEEDLE BIOPSY IN DIAGNOSING 4A BREAST MASS

目的研究超声引导穿刺活检在4A类乳腺结节定性诊断中的临床价值。方法对超声或钼靶检查发现的154例4A类乳腺病灶176个结节(直径≤1cm)在超声技术引导下行穿刺活检术,将穿刺所得病理结果与术后所得病理进行对比分析。结果穿刺所得病理结果为23例乳腺癌、17例乳腺癌前病变及136例乳腺良性病灶;敏感度为93.02%,特异度为100%,准确度为98.29%。结论在超声技术引导下穿刺活检凭借其实用、准确、可靠的优势可以作为对乳腺微小病灶进行早期诊断的方法。

Objective To assess the value of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in diagnosing minimal breast cancer. Methods A total of 154 patients of 4A class, 176 breast masses received ultrasound guided core needle biopsy, comparing the results with postoperation pathological diagnosis. Results The results of core needle biopsy included breast cancer in 23 patients, precancer in 17 patients, and benign breast lesion in 136 patients. The sensibility, specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound guided puncture and biopsy was 93.02%, 100%o and 98. 29%, respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy is a safe, accurate and reliable diagnostic rnethod for breast small mass before operation. It plays an important role in early diagnosis of minimal breast cancer.
