基于QFD、TRIZ和Taughi的交通标志设计方法

摘要 为了使交通标志的设计更趋于人性化,避免过于生硬的设计造成出行者的不便,从出行者的角度出发,利用QFD、TRIZ理论和田口方法,将三种理论的精髓运用于交通标志的设计,并且提出了基于QFD、TRIZ和田口方法的设计模型,将用户需求数据转化为矩阵,再利用TRIZ和田口方法解决设计中的矛盾问题和参数设计问题。创造性地将产品设计的经典理论运用于标志设计,将人的需求与设计结合起来,解决了板面面积和容量的冲突问题,并量化分析此方法的可行性。 In view of the flutter problem of large wind turbine blade, the co-curing viscoelastic composite laminat- ed structure was used in the blade. First of all, three-dimensional finite element model of the co-curing damping blade was established ; a certain type of 1.5 MW wind turbine blade was analyzed to get the distribution of modal strain energy, and the places where strain energy of key modals was concentrated were chosen to apply damping treatment. Then, parametric analyses of the damping layer thickness and composite off-axis fiber angle were carried to research their effects on structural natural frequency and modal loss factor based on the modal strain energy method. Finally, the dynamic responses of original and damping blade under rated wind speed were simulated nu- merically by the Newmark immediate integration method, thus verifying flutter suppression effect of the co-curing laminated blade with embedded damping layer.
