摘要
工况复杂、节臂尺寸较多无法实现臂架尺寸最优是汽车起重机伸缩臂设计过程中经常遇到的问题,针对此情况研究探索了吊臂截面形状优化的设计方法,并基于ANSYS Workbench软件对臂架截面尺寸参数进行了优化设计计算。在满足强度和刚度约束条件下得到了自重相对减小了10%的吊臂截面尺寸参数值,从而实现了轻量化设计。
Aiming at the shortcoming that the complex working condition and many different sizes of boomsare im- possible to obtain optimum dimension of the boom during the design of telescopic boom for tower crane, the boom- sectional shape optimization method is explored, the parameters of the boom section size are optimization design and can be calculated by ANSYS Workbench software. To meet the strength and stiffness constraints, the parame- ters of the section of the boom are reduced by 10%. Lightweight design is realized.
