摘要 为了测量铜尾矿絮团的粒径及速度,建立了2D-PIV.将少量絮团投入测量系统,利用PIV采集图像。通过对采集的图像分析,得到颗粒粒径及速度,由修正的斯托克斯方程计算得到絮团密度。结果表明,PIV测量系统减少了测量沉降速度和推断絮团密度的不确定性,可得到较准确的结果。 The 2D-PIV measurement system is constructed to measure the floc size and settling velocity of copper tailings ~ A small amount of flocs is put into the measurement system and the image is collected by PIV. The parti- cle size and settling velocity can be obtained with PIV and its image processing software, and the floc density was calculated by the modified Stokes equation. The results show that the 2D-PIV measurement system reduces uncer- tainties in measuring settling velocity and inferring floc density and provides an accurate result.
