摘要
北京地区砂卵石地层均采用土压平衡式盾构机,配置的刀盘主要有辐条式和辐板式两种。对两种刀盘进行对比,说明辐板式刀盘的特点,探讨辐板式刀盘盾构掘进的关键技术,结合北京地铁9号线某砂卵石地层盾构工程,提出了辐板式刀盘的优化措施。
Earth pressure balanced shield machine is used for sandy cobble stratum in Beijing and it is mainly equipped with spoke head or radial plate head. These two head types were compared with each other to introduce the characteristics of radial plate head and discuss the key shield tunneling technique of radial plate head. Based on a sandy cobble stratum shield construction in Beijing Subway Line 9 project, optimizing measures were proposed for radial plate head.
