在畜禽养殖饲料中大量的使用抗生素带来了诸多负面影响。因此,寻找一种高效、健康型抗生素替代物已成为当务之急。乳酸菌作为目前替代抗生素的产品之一,受到广大研究人员的关注。文章在介绍乳酸菌的生理功能的基础上,综述了乳酸菌在畜禽养殖中的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

In recent years, the negative effects of using antibiotic have become increasingly serious. Therefore, looking for an efficient and healthy replacement has become a priority. As one of the current alternative to antibiotics, lactic acid bacteria has been paid more and more attention by the majority of researchers.In this paper, based on the physiological function of lactic acid bacteria, the application of lactic acid bacteria in livestock and poultry breeding was reviewed, and its application prospect was prospected.
