为了研究定时输精对后备母猪繁殖性能的影响,将后备母猪40头分成两组,每组20头。所有后备母猪连续饲喂四烯雌酮(15mg·d^(-1))14d,第15天开始查情。试验组后备母猪肌注血清促性腺素(PMSG)和促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH),肌注GnRH24h后开始2次的定时输精;对照组后备母猪停止饲喂四烯雌酮后有发情就配种。结果表明,试验组的后备母猪的妊娠率和分娩率低于对照组(P>0.05),而窝产仔数低于对照组(P>0.05),试验组后备母猪有隐性发情现象。通过饲喂四烯雌酮,伴随肌注PMSG和GnRH可减少隐形发情后备母猪的漏配率,提高后备母猪的妊娠率和分娩数,但不能提高后备母猪的产仔率。
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the double fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI) on the fertility of gilts. A total of 40 gilts was allocated to two groups: FTAI-G gilts (n=20) received two-week altrenogest administration (15 mg· d^-1) followed by PMSG (1 000 U) and then GnRH (100 I^g), the first FTAI regardless of estrus expression after 24 hr of GnRH and repeated every 24 h. Compared with control-G, FTAI-G gilts had lower parturition rate and had lower fertility rate (P〉0.05). Litter size had lower than that of control-G. It was concluded that the use of double FTAI was not a viable strategy to improve farrowing rate in gilts.
