臭氧联合保妇康栓治疗286例宫颈上皮内瘤变合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的疗效观察

Clinical effect of ozone combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of 286 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia combined with high-risk human papillomavirus infection

目的:观察并探讨臭氧联合药物保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelialial neoplasia,CIN)合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析CIN合并高危型HPV感染患者286例(CIN Ⅰ95例,CIN Ⅱ191例),所有患者给予臭氧联合药物保妇康栓治疗,隔日1次,7次为1个疗程,并随访6个月,通过分析AI-MCT基液细胞检测宫颈上皮内瘤变情况及经阴道镜检查监测HPV转阴情况。结果:治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程及治疗后6个月,CIN Ⅰ患者CIN痊愈率为71.58%、89.47%、98.95%,CIN Ⅱ患者痊愈率为48.17%、62.30%、72.25%;CIN I患者HPV(-)率为77.89%、95.79%、100%,CIN Ⅱ患者HPV(-)率为60.73%、90.05%、98.43%。结论:臭氧联合药物保妇康栓治疗CIN合并高危型HPV感染治愈率高,且较手术治疗更易为患者所接受。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of ozone combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） with high-risk human papillomavirus （HPV） infection. Methods： Clinical data from 286 patients with CIN （CIN I 95 cases and CIN II 191 cases） combined with HVP infection were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were given conservative treatment with ozone combined with Fukangshuan suppository every other day and 7 times for 1 course of treatment, and were followed up for 6 months. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was detected by the analysis of AI-MCT fluid cells and HPV negative situation was monitored by colposcopy. Results： The cure rates of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were 71.58%, 89.47% and 98.94% in CIN I patients and 48.17%, 87.96% and 97.91% in C1N II patients at the end of the first course, the second course and the six months after treatment, respectively. The HPV negative conversion rates were 77.90%, 95.79% and 100% in C1N I patients and 60.73%, 90.05% and 98.43% in CIN II at the same time, respectively. Conclusion： Ozone combined with Baofukang suppository for the treatment of CIN with high-risk HPV infection possesses a high cure rate and is more acceptable for patients than surgical treatment.
