甘肃省农产品电子商务发展对策研究

Measures on the E-commerce of Agricultural Products in Gansu Province

农产品电子商务的出现和应用颠覆了传统的贸易方式,改变了农产品的流通方式。本文首先对甘肃省农产品电子商务发展存在的现状进行了分析,在学习、借鉴国外发达国家相关经验基础上,为推动甘肃省农产品电子商务的发展提出了加快农村信息网络基础设施建设、充分发挥农民专业经济合作组织的作用、培养农产品电子商务人才、加强农产品物流配送体系建设以及完善网络支付体系等建议。

The emergence of agricultural e-commerce overturns the traditional trade pattern, changes the way of circulation of agricultural products. This article first analyzes the present situation of agricultural e commerce development in Gansu. Second, on the basis of the study, this research draws lessons from developed countries to promote the development of agricultural e commerce in Gansu. Third, it is proposed to speed up rural information network infrastructure construc tion, to give full play of farmers＇ role in professional organization for economic cooperation, to cultivate agricultural e commerce talents, to strengthen the construction of agricultural products logistics distribution system and to improve the online payment system.
