摘要
通过对故障间隔的时其性检验、趋势性判断,对故障间隔的变化趋势进行了分析.针对故障间隔有显著减小变化趋势的这类故障,利用Weibull过程拟合该故障间隔规律,得出了各次故障间隔可靠度衰减拓扑图,并根据拓扑图得到了关于每次故障间隔的维修策略.给定故障后维修与预防维修费用比的情况下,建立了相应的维修策略模型,给出了最佳的预防维修周期.并结合某铁路局的机车故障数据做了具体分析.
Based on the fault interval homogeneous test and trend judgment, we analyze the trend of fault in- terval. For those fault intervals that have significantly reduced trends, Weibull process can be applied to get the fault interval reliability attenuation topology and maintenance strategy. Given the breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance cost ratio, a maintenance strategy model is obtained , and the best preventive maintenance period is put forward. Furthermore, the article takes the locomotive fault data of a railway bureau as an example.
