信息条件下公安边防部队作战力量架构探析

Combat Capability Building of Public Security Border Force Based on Informatization

结合公安边防部队的使命与任务,立足公安边防部队实际,提出以信息技术为支撑的专业情报力量,以"互联网+"为平台的"网警"力量,以信息作为战斗力生长点的社会治安防控力量,以尖端警用装备为保障的作战力量等为主要因素的体系架构。

As a law enforcement force, public security border force is deployed along the border （ coastline）, facing both opportunities and challenges brought by new military reform. A thorough research on composition and construc- tion of the public security border force, military training and its application in actual combats must be carried out. Only in this way, can we transform the generation pattern of the force＇ s combat capacity, shorten the generation time of combat capacity in the context of informatization and construct a new border force. Combined with the duty and mission of public security border force, based on its actual practice, this paper suggests building the force＇ s combat capacity with professional intelligence supported by information technology, cyber defense based on Internet Plus platform, social security prevention and control based on information application, and the guarantee of advanced po- lice equipment for special operations.
