摘要
专题式教学法在组织行为学课程教学中的应用,可着眼于以下三个方面,以实现教、学、建"多赢":重构教材内容,解决学习者岗位任职中面临的难点、疑点问题;立足教材内容,结合现实需要;扩展教材内容,探究热点问题。
The application of subject - oriented teaching method in organizational behavior course can lead to a mul- tiple- win situation: reconstructing the teaching content, solving the difficult and questionable issues learners may encounter in future jobs, adjusting the teaching content available to meet the needs of reality, and enriching the teaching content by exploring some hot issues.
