摘要
水产品养殖业正处于发展的瓶颈期,必须与现代化技术相结合才能实现根本的转变。文章提出了知化养殖的概念,并指出知化养殖作为新的生产方式,在实现养殖标准化的同时,也可以提高劳动效率以及资源转化率;并在与多种养殖技术并存的形势下,推动产业快速升级,实现生产方式的转变。对知化养殖从生产环节中"单个过程的知化"到"与新型IT技术的深度融合",再到"人工智能+水产养殖"的技术路径、现状与发展趋势进行了分析展望。研究表明知化养殖的趋势已经有所显现,将成为突破水产养殖产业发展瓶颈、实现产业升级弯道超车的必然。
The aquaculture industry stays at the bottleneck period of development at present ; it must be integrated with the modem technology to achieve the fundamental transformation. This article proposes the concept of knowledge - driven aquaculture, and points out that as the new production model, the knowledge - driven aquaculture can also in- crease productivity and the resource conversion rate while realizing the standardization of aquaculture; and can pro- mote the rapid industry upgrading and realize the conversion of production model under the coexistence of multiple types of aquaculture techniques. This article also analyzes and proposes the outlook on the knowledge - driven aqua- culture from "being knowledgeable during single process" to "deep integration with the new IT technologies" in pro- duction chain, and to the technological path, current status and development tendency of "artificial intelligence + aq- uaculture". The researches show that the knowledge -driven aquaculture has been realized to some extent, and will become the inevitable process to break through the development bottleneck of the aquaculture industry and realize the industry upgrading with a strong sense of development direction.
