摘要
从水产品质量可追溯系统、水产品药物残留快速检测、水产品品牌战略3个方面入手,结合山东省内先进地市和其他先进省份的经验做法,分别梳理了水产品质量可追溯体系建设基本情况、水产品快速检测应用情况及水产品品牌战略建设成绩,总结了相应的制约瓶颈,并提出意见和建议,为山东省水产品质量安全提供了理论支撑。
Combined with the experience of advan cedcities in Shandong Province and other advanced Provinces, this article reviewed the basic situation of aquatic product quality safety traceability system, achievements of aquatic prod- uct brand strategy, and the application of aquatic product rapid detection in Shandong Province. We summarized the corresponding bottlenecks, and put forward opinions and suggestions. Accordingly, the research provided the theoretical support for the protection of the aquatic product quality safety in Shandong Province.
