超微茶粉对断奶仔猪血清免疫及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了解超微茶粉(SGT)对断奶仔猪生产性能、血清免疫性能及抗氧化能力的影响。选用72头28日龄DLY断奶仔猪随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%超微茶粉,试验期35d。在试验的第35天检测断奶仔猪的各项生长性能指标、血清免疫及抗氧化指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.8%的超微茶粉可以增加断奶仔猪的平均日增重,提高血清免疫(IgA)和抗氧化性能(CAT、GSH-Px、SOD)。结果表明,超微茶粉可以增强断奶仔猪的免疫及抗氧化性能。 In order to investigate the effects of superfine grinding tea on the production and serum immune performance,antioxidant capacity of weaned-piglets,seventy-two 28-day-old weaned piglets with similar average body weight were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 6 piglets per replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet and the experimental groups were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% superfine grinding tea respectively.The experiment period was 35 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the group for supplementation of 0.8% superfine grinding tea could improve average daily gain,immune performance and antioxidant capacity(CAT,GSH-Px,SOD)in serum.It indicated that superfine grinding tea could improve the serum immune performance and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets.
