盾构机退场后，需进行必要的检修、保养或局部的设计改造，根据设备的实际状况及后续项目的水文地质条件，在盾构退场后对各系统进行检修、保养及功能的优化升级。根据设备检修的项目、重点及注意事项，提出了盾构检修的质量保证及验收要求，并对盾构检修的安全文明施工做了详细的说明。

From the former project to the latter project, shield machine needs necessary overhaul, maintenance or par- tial design modification. According to the equipment actual situations and hydro-logical and sub-surface conditions of fea- sible following project, overhaul, maintenance and functions upgrade should be made before shield machine transfer. Ac- cording to the project, key points and stipulations of facility maintenance, this paper explains quality assurance and accep- tance requirements of shield overhaul, and illustrates safe and civilized production of shield overhaul in detail.
