摘要
针对开关磁阻起动/发电系统中不对称半桥功率变换拓扑,对功率开关管故障进行研究。基于角度位置控制方法,分析发电状态下单相开关管开路及短路故障时各相及母线电流的变化规律。结合三相开关管驱动信号及相电流,定义励磁及续流母线电流逻辑表达式,并以此作为参考值来实现在线故障诊断。最后搭建输出电压闭环有限元仿真平台对故障状态进行模拟,验证了该方法的可行性。
In view of asymmetry half bridge which is used for power conversion in switching reluctance star- ter/generator ( SRS/G), the fault of power switching was studied in this paper. Based on the angel position control (APC) strategy, the change of phase current and bus current under open-circuit and short-circuit fault of single switching was discussed in generation mode. The expressions of excitation bus current and gen- eration bus current were defined with the combination of three-phase current and driving signals. The several fault statuses were simulated based on the construction of voltage close loop simulation platform with FEM. As a result, the proposed method was verified to be feasible.
