摘要
高师院校教师教育人才培养模式的构建与实施面临多重困境,与中小学校对师资需求相脱节的弊端日益凸显。要解决当前所面临的矛盾,高师院校可从确立三维一体的人才培养目标、搭建交叉渗透的课程体系、建设多元共生的全程化训练平台、创建多方联动的资源体系、推行灵活多样的教学评价制度等方面入手,构建多元立体的教师教育人才培养模式。
The construction and implementation of the training mode for teacher education in higher normal col- leges and universities faces multiple difficulties, especially in meeting the requirements of primary and secondary schools for teachers. In order to solve the contradictions at present, higher normal colleges and universities should construct a multi-dimensional talent training mode for teacher education with three-dimensional training targets, in- tegrated curricula, whole-process platform, multi-party resources system, flexible assessment system, etc.
