摘要
新时期我国基础教育价值取向的理念应以教育民主、国际理解、个性发展和回归生活为前提。未来我国基础教育改革价值取向的发展趋势将是社会与个人价值取向的高度统一,更加关注教育质量公平和以素质教育为主导。对此,政府需要重视教师教学评价理念构架,加大基础教育改革力度,增大财政支持以及提升学生的主体地位,实现科学育才与科学教育。
The value orientation of primary education in China in modern times should take the premise of demo- cratic education, international understand, individual development and life orientation. The future trend should be the unity of social and individual value orientation, which pays more attention to the equality of education quality and quality education. Therefore, the government should emphasize on the assessment system for teaching, enhance the reform, increase financial support and improve the students ' status, so as to achieve the scientific education.
