摘要
高校就业指导课程可实现就业指导课程体系与专业教育相互促进,通过改革教育教学形式,注重课程教学模式多样化,加强师资队伍建设,体现教学队伍综合性,构建多元化考核方式,凸显评价体系科学性,可以激发学生创业课程学习的动力。将CDIO教学模式应用到实际的就业指导课程中,开展基于项目的教育与学习,可以实现"做中学、做中教"。
It is imperative to reform the employment guidance curriculum in colleges and universities, to achieve mutual promotion of employment guidance curriculum system and professional education. Reform on the teaching model can promote the diversification of teaching forms. To strengthen the construction of comprehensive teaching staffand to construct scientific assessment system can promote the students' interest in the entrepreneurial courses. The application of CDIO teaching model to the actual employment guidance curriculum to carry out project-based edu- cation and learning, can achieve the effect of "learning by doing".
