摘要:当前半导体技术的应用极为普遍,如二极管、三极管等,都具有非线性的“阻性”的参数性能;欧姆定律不仅适用于线性电阻、而且能计算出非线性电阻的定量变化。以u、I两座标直角关系组成的面积上,每一点都确定了相应的电阻数值,专门表达非线性电阻性参量的特性。
Abstract:Diode and transistor both has the characteristic performance of nonlinear resistance. Ohm's Law is not only applicable for linear resistance, but also can calculate the quantitative variation of nonlinear resistance. In the U-I Cartesian coordinate system, every point corresponds to a certain resistance value, which shows the characteristics of nonlinear resistance parameter.
