舞蹈美育与人的全面发展研究——超越“零点项目”和“多元智能”

根据新木桶理论,可窥见基础教育、素质教育和舞蹈美育的特殊微妙关系,并由此提出了基础教育和素质教育的量度理论以及素质教育理论,其中包括舞蹈美育短板理论和美育舞蹈宽带理论。把新木桶理论看作是基础教育和素质教育的理论基础,而舞蹈美育和美育舞蹈正是基础教育和素质教育的短板和缺板。对此,本文认为,素质教育是一个相对的概念,对于基础教育和普通教育来说,舞蹈美育和美育舞蹈就是素质教育,对于舞蹈专业教育来说,其他学科及人文素养教育就是素质教育,因此,素质教育的本质就是全面发展。关于人的全面发展的概念和内涵,就发展心理学和教育心理学的科学发展观而言,人的全面发展不仅包括智力和能力的发展,而且还应包括情感和人格的发展,舞蹈教育与美育的本质并不是智育,也不能代替智育,舞蹈教育与美育的本质乃是一种情感教育和人格教育。

According to the new barrel theory, the relationship among basic education, quality education and aesthetic education of dance is special and subtle. And thus, the measurement theory of basic education and quality education is put forward, which includes the short slab theory of dance aesthetic education and broad band theory of aesthetic education dance. If the new barrel theory is taken as the theoretical basis of basic education and quality education, the dance aesthetic education and aesthetic education dance is the short slab and lost slab of basic education and quality education. On the basis of researches, quality education can be considered as a concept which would be varied in different contexts. Dance aesthetic education and aesthetic education dance can be seen as quality education for basic education and general education, while scientific and humanistic quality education is the quality education for professional dance education. The essence of quality education is all-round development. With regard to the concept and connotation of the all-round development of human, the all-round development includes not only the development of intelligence and capability, but also the development of emotion and personality according to the development psychology and educational psychology. The essence of dance education and aesthetic education is not the intellectual education and cannot replace it. The essence is a kind of emotional education and personality education.
