基于安全视角的限速和信号优化配流建模分析

摘要 合理的限速可以确保在安全的基础上尽可能地提高路网的服务水平,进而推动路网的通畅运行。文章从安全角度出发,建立双目标双层规划模型研究限速与信号控制之间的结合效果,通过限速值和信控配时的变化,使路网达到更加安全、高效、畅通的效果,为缓解交通拥堵效果量化分析提供了理论依据。案例研究表明,该模型对于制定的路网能够产生一个适当的限速和信控配时方案以缩短出行延误和交通事故的发生。 Reasonable speed limit can improve the service level of road network as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the safety,thus promoting the smooth operation of road network.Starting from the safety point of view,this article established the double-objective double-layer programming model to study the combination effect between speed limit and signal control, so as to achieve a safer, more efficient and smooth effect of road network,which provides a theoretical basis for quantitative analysis of traffic congestion alleviation effect.The case study showed that this model can generate an appropriate speed limit and signal control scheme for the developed road network,so as to shorten the travel delay and the occurrence of traffic accidents.
