扭曲管轴向刚度参数化分析及试验研究

摘要 采用有限元分析软件对扭曲管轴向刚度进行研究,探讨了基管外径D、导程S、螺旋比h、扭曲比n及壁厚t对扭曲管刚度的影响。结果表明,扭曲管几何结构的变化对刚度影响较大,刚度值相比直管有很大降低;对模拟结果进行处理,给出了扭曲管轴向刚度削弱系数与螺旋比、扭曲比及壁厚等结构参数的关联式,并通过试验研究验证了此关联式的可靠性,为扭曲管换热器管板设计提供数据支持。 Finite element analysis software was used to optimize axial stiffness of the twisted tube. The effects of structural parameters ( h, n, and t) on axial stiffness were investigated. The results show that the change of geometrical structure has a great effect on the stiffness and compared with straight pipe, the stiffness value is greatly reduced. The correlation of axial stiffness weakening coefficient and structur- al parameters ( h, n, and t) was obtained by fitting the results. The reliability of the correlation was verified by experimental study. Which provides date support for the tubesheet design of twisted tube heat exchanger.
