针对多喷嘴水煤浆气化炉烧嘴法兰的高精度要求,从筒体成型、焊接坡口设计、坡口加工、烧嘴法兰与壳体的装焊方法、防焊接变形控制措施、检测方法等方面,介绍了保证多喷嘴水煤浆气化炉烧嘴法兰的几何尺寸精度的措施。
For the burner flange high precision requirements of multi-jet coal-water slurry gasifier, from sylinder forming, design of welding groove, groove processing, burner flange and shell assembling and welding methods, welding deformation prevention measures and detection methods etc introduce how to ensure the burner flange dimensional accuracy of multi-jet coal-water slurry gasifier.
