In practice, we should deploy a series of strategies, including the action of making enterprises bigger and stronger, the promotion of the functions and connotation of platforms, the construction of innovation carriers and the optimization of the ecological system of innovation and incubation, which further strengthen the confidence of innovation players, innovation abilities, innovation conditions and innovation mechanism.
