组织支持、组织承诺与员工创新行为的关系研究

摘要 该文旨在分析IT企业组织支持、组织承诺和员工个体创新行为之间的关系。通过对来自IT企业126名员工的问卷调查统计回归分析,发现组织支持、组织承诺与员工创新行为之间存在显著的正相关关系,组织支持能够直接影响员工的个体创新行为,同时它也可以通过组织承诺这个中间变量间接地影响员工的个体创新行为。管理者需要认识到组织支持是影响员工个体创新行为的重要源泉,通过培育良性的支持性组织氛围,促进员工发展组织承诺,进而激发员工表现出更多的创新行为,提高员工的工作绩效和企业的运行效益。
