玉米毛状根再生植株灌浆期籽粒淀粉合成关键酶活性动态变化

摘要 选用毛状根再生植株及自交系吉单35为材料,研究玉米灌浆期淀粉合成关键酶ADPGPPase、UDPGPPase、SSS、GBSS、SBE的动态变化.结果表明:籽粒生长过程中,毛状根再生植株与吉单35玉米ADPGPPase、UDPGPPase、SSS、GBSS和SBE的活性变化趋势相似,均呈"先升高再下降"的趋势,但是毛状根再生植株中5种酶的活性均高于吉单35.毛状根再生植株淀粉合成酶的活性增加,从而有效地促进玉米籽粒淀粉的积累. Hairy root regenerants and Jidan 35 inbred lines of maize are used as material in this paper, to study dynamic change of starch synthesis key enzymes (ADPGPPase, UDPGPPase, SSS, GBSS, SBE ) during filling stage. The results showed that the change trend of activity GBSS and SBE were similar in the grain growth process of Plant Regeneration from hairy roots and Jidan 35 maize ADPGPPase, UDPGPPase, SSS," first increased and then decreased, but 5 kinds of enzyme activity in plants in the hairy root regeneration were higher than Jidan 35. Hairy root regeneration plant starch synthase activity increased, so as to effectively promote starch accumulation in maize.
