摘要 在光谱检测技术中所采用的光谱范围通常在紫外-可见光波段,同时要求该光源能够输出连续、稳定且光强较强的光,一般的单一光源很难满足这个要求.通常卤钨灯在可见光波段能很好的满足光谱检测分析,但在紫外波段无法满足要求.鉴于此,紫外LED灯可以弥补卤钨灯在紫外波段光强较弱的缺陷.为了实现紫外-可见光-近红外复合光源的设计,采用恒压输出驱动不同功率紫外LED灯,实现光谱光强的均匀性,最终设计成功一款小型紫外-可见光-近红外复合光源. The spectral range used in the spectrum detection technology is usually in the ultraviolet-visible light band and the light source can be used to output a continuous, stable and strong light intensity. However, common light sources are hard to meet this requirement. Usually the halogen lamp can be very good to meet the spectral detection analysis in the visible light band, but in the ultraviolet band it can't meet the requirements. Therefore, the ultraviolet LEDs are used to make up the defect of the intensity of the halogen lamp in the ultraviolet band. In order to realize the design of the ultraviolet-visible-near infrared light source, constant voltage output is used to drive different power ultraviolet LEDs to achieve the uniformity of spectrum intensity. Ultimately, a small ultraviolet-visible-near infrared composite light source is designed successfully.
