心肌应变的磁共振成像测量与临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 心肌应变是评价心肌功能的定量测量参数,不同于室壁厚度、运动幅度、心肌收缩增厚率等视觉直视指标。在心脏超声领域,随着斑点追踪技术的推广而广泛应用于各种心脏疾病的心肌功能评价;在心脏MRI领域,心肌标记成像和相位偏移成像与超声斑点追踪成像技术类似,可以实现相同的心肌应变测量。
