摘要
比较了悬浮法和本体法氯化专用PVC树脂的基本性能、颗粒结构与形态、增塑剂吸收速率等,并简要分析了其对氯化性能的影响;对比了由这2种专用树脂制得的CPVC树脂的基本性能、力学性能和塑化性能;结合国内外专利,提出了悬浮法和本体法CPVC树脂的质量改进措施。
The basic properties, structure and morphology of particles, plasticizer absorption rate of special PVC resins produced by suspension polymerization and by mass polymerization for producing CPVC were compared. The effects of the above factors on chlorination activity were analyzed. The basic properties, mechanical properties and plasticizing properties of CPVC resins made respectively from the two kinds of special resins were compared. Based on the domestic and foreign patents, the measures to improve the quality of CPVC resins produced from PVC produced by suspension polymerization and from the one produced by mass polymerization were proposed.
