Mobile Learning——A new way of Chinese autonomic learning for the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang

在当今网络时代背景下,移动学习为汉语自主学习提供了一种新途径。文章结合移动学习理论探讨了该途径应用于新疆少数民族汉语自主学习的应用条件、资源开发和现实意义等问题。文章指出,新疆少数民族地区已具备应用汉语移动学习的主客观条件,关键在于汉语学习资源的开发,其应用在宏观和微观层面都具有重要的现实意义,最后还提出了针对新疆少数民族汉语移动学习资源开发的部分建议。

In today＇s internet information age background, the mobile learning provides a new way to the learners in Chinese autonomic learning. The paper combining with the mobile learning theory discussed the implemented conditions, resource development and significances if the way was used in Chinese autonomic learning to the ethnic minorities of Xinjiang. The results showed that the Xinjiang ethnic minority areas have subjective and objective fac- tors of the application of Chinese mobile learning, the key is the development of Chinese learning resources, its ap- plication has important practical significance in both macro and micro level, finally the paper also put forward some suggestions about it.
