摘要
培养双师双能型教师队伍,对于加快地方本科高校转型,提升应用型人才培养质量具有重要意义,地方转型发展院校要通过创新机制,积极引进行业公认专才,聘请企业优秀专业技术人才、管理人才和高技能人才,改革教学评价、绩效考核、职务(职称)评聘、薪酬激励、校企交流等制度,增强教师提高实践能力的主动性、积极性,破解双师双能型教师队伍建设瓶颈。
