摘要
德育是学校教育中的一个庞大而复杂的系统工程,同时德育又是学校教育中的一个与时俱进的永恒课题,尤其是在今天大德育观形成的时代教育背景之下。反思我们今天的德育,我们在育人方面虽然也做了大量的工作,但与以人为本的教育理念和实践相比较还相差甚远。原因有很多,其中之一就是我们所做的很多工作是没有被学生所认同的,也就是没有内化为学生积极情感的无效甚至是弱效的工作,所做的工作在学生的内心深处没有起到我们所期待的那种心理感应,没有使学生产生心灵的触动和思想的共鸣,因而也就在一定程度上不能内化为学生的行为,可见做触动学生心灵的德育工作非常重要。
Moral education is a complicated system engineering in school education,and moral education is an eternal subject of keeping pace with the times in school education,especially in today's era of the formation of the concept of moral education.Reflect on our moral education today,we have done a lot of work in educating people,but our work is far from if we compared with the concept of people-oriented education and practice.There are many reasons,one of them is that we do a lot of work is not recognized by the students,so it is invalid or even ineffective to internalize positive emotions for students',and the work in the student's heart did not play what we expect psychological sense should make students have,and the work does not cause the students to touch the hearts and minds of resonance, and to a certain extent it cann't be internalized into the behavior of students,so it is very important to do the moral education for students mind.
