“防艾”专题培训对学生医学免疫学和微生物学成绩的影响

摘要 目的:研究"防艾"专题培训对学生医学免疫学与微生物学的成绩影响,探索改进这两门课程的教学效果方法。方法:选取毕业后参加临床执业医师考试2008—2014届3160名毕业生作为研究对象。根据其在校期间是否参加"防艾"专题培训并开展"防艾"宣传教育活动,将研究对象分为"防艾"组和对照组。T检验比较两组医学免疫学和微生物学课程成绩的差异。结果:"防艾"组的这两门课程成绩比对照组高,差异有统计学意义。结论:"防艾"专题培训有助于临床本科生对医学免疫学和医学微生物学知识的掌握。建议这两门课程部分章节教学采用艾滋病临床案例教学法;实施医学免疫学、医学微生物学与传染病学的整合课教学,采用CBL教学法进行授课。 Purpose:research training the knowledge of "AIDS prevention" and treatment on the effects of the medical immunology and microbiology score,we explore the effective teaching method of medical immunology and microbiology.Method:select 3160 subjects from the clinic graduations between 2008 and 2014 who take part in the national doctor's license examination.The research group is determined by the cause training the knowledge of "AIDS" and join in the activities of health education on aids.T-test analyses the difference between the "AIDS prevention" training group and the control group.Results:the score of the medical immunology and microbiology in " AIDS prevention" training group is higher than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion: raining the knowledge of "AIDS prevention" and treatment can help students master the knowledge on medical immunology and microbiology.The suggestion is using AIDS cased-based-learning method in part of medical immunology and microbiology courses is the effective teaching method.Integration curriculum of communicative disease course,medical immunology and microbiology courses with cased-based-learning method is a better way to improve teaching effects.
