摘要
《机械制造与材料基础》是高等工科学校热能与动力工程等近非机械类本科专业学生学习机械制造知识而开设的一门重要的专业基础课,其重要地位不言而喻。该课程通常将教学内容分为三大模块:材料性质,材料加工以及零件性能。但是教学内容涉及学科广,知识点分散,难以记忆。在教学的过程中,往往存在学生主观能动性不强,学习效果不佳的现象;对于知识点,往往是生搬硬套,无法做到融会贯通,活学活用。结合笔者的教学实践,将教学内容孤立成三大模块是不合适的,尝试以零件分析—材料选择—毛坯选择—热处理—切削加工—热处理—使用性能为主线,将教学内容一体化。
The "Fundament of the Mechanical Manufacture and the Engineering Materials" is of great important acted as the professional course for the schooling of power and engineering.Based oll the references,the knowledge could be classified into three categories:the properties of the materials,the process of the materials as well as the performance of the parts.However,as we known,it is difficult to nmmory and fnrther apple for the practical problems,leading to the inefficiency of the learning process.Herein,combination with the my experiences,the integration of the context is necessary by analyzing the whole process of mechanical parts-material selection-blank type-thermal treamaent-machining-thermal treatment-performance.
