青海成人大骨节病患者血清NO、TNF-α、IL-1β和HA含量分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的检测青海成人大骨节病患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和透明质酸(HA)含量,探讨NO、TNF-α、IL-1β和HA在青海大骨节病发生发展的机理。方法选择青海省贵德和兴海县大骨节病区与西宁市非大骨节病区272例调查对象,分为大骨节病组(91)、病区对照组(92)、非病区对照组(89),平均年龄、性别无差别。采集静脉血制备血清,用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清NO、TNF-α、IL-1β和HA含量。结果(1)3组间血清NO含量大骨节病组>病区内对照组>病区外对照组(P<0.05);(2)3组间血清TNF-α含量,大骨节病组和病区内对照组>病区外对照组(P<0.05),但大骨节病组和病区内对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)3组间血清IL-1β含量,大骨节病组和病区内对照组>病区外对照组(P<0.05),但大骨节病组和病区内对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);(4)3组间血清HA含量,大骨节病组和病区内对照组<病区外对照组(P<0.05),但大骨节病组和病区内对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论青海成人大骨节病的发生发展与NO、TNF-α、IL-1β水平的升高和HA水平的降低有关。 Objective To investigate the relation between contents of serum nitric oxide( NO),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α),interleukin-1β( IL--1β) and hyaluronate acid( HA) of patients with Kaschin-Beck disease( KBD) and the disease activity in Qinghai.Methods 272 subjects,from KBD areas of Guide and Xinghai and non-KBD areas of Xining City,Qinghai Province,were divided into 3 groups: the group with KBD( 91),the control in KBD areas( 92),the control in non-KBD areas( 89). The sex and the average age in the three groups had no difference.The contents of NO, TNF-α, IL-1β and HA were detected by ELISA,respectively.Results(1)The contents of NO in serum of the adult group with KBD were significantly higher than those of the adult control in KBD areas and no-KBD areas( P 〈0.05).(2)Serum TNF-α level in KBD group was significantly higher than that in the control subjects from the non-KBD areas( P 〈0.05),but similar with the control subjects from the KBD areas( P 〉0.05).(3)Serum IL-1β level in KBD group was significantly higher than that in the control subjects from the non-KBD areas( P 〈0.05),but similar with the control subjects from the KBD areas( P 〉0.05).(4)The contents of HA in serum of the groups with KBD were significantly lower than that the control in KBD areas and non-KBD areas( P 〈 0.05),but similar with the control subjects from the KBD areas( P 〉0.05).Conclusions The increase of NO, TNF-α, IL-1β and the decrease of HA content in serum may relate to the pathogenesis of KBD.
