摘要
目的考核全国所有的省和地市级以及部分县级碘缺乏病实验室的水碘检测能力,了解各级实验室水碘检测的整体水平以及各实验室间的差异。方法采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学评价,评价各个实验室的检测能力。结果参加质控考核的32个省级水碘实验室反馈率和合格率均为100%;336个地市级水碘实验室的反馈率为99.4%,合格率为98.2%;161个县级水碘实验室参加了考核,合格率为95.0%。结论全国省级实验室的检测结果非常接近,实验室内和实验室间变异很小,检测精密度和准确度均保持在较高的水平。绝大部分地市级实验室具备水碘检测能力,建议未通过考核的实验室查找原因,提高检测水平。
Objective To evaluate the testing capacity for water iodine of labs which take part in the External Independent Quality Assurance Programs for IDD labs across China, and to understand the difference of the testing ability of water iodine among all of the laboratories.Methods Z score method was applied to evaluate the testing capacity.Results All of the 32 provincial participatory labs had fed back their testing results, and all of them are qualified. At the prefecture level, the feedback rate and qualified rate of prefecture laboratories are 99.4% and 98.2% respectively. 161 county labs fed back their testing results, and 95.0% of them are qualified.Conclusions The results of the provincial labs are quite close, and the variations inside each lab and inter-lab are small. In addition, the accuracy and precision are maintained at a high level. Most of the prefecture labs had the ability of water iodine testing. It is suggested that the unqualified labs analyze the problems and find solutions.
