摘要
加强党对高校的领导,加强和改进高校基层党组织建设,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证。本文围绕高校基层党建工作的职能,针对当前面临新情况、新问题,分析高校基层党建工作责任制及考核评价体系的现状,取得的成效及存在的问题,研究科学构建高校基层党建工作责任制及考核评价体系,探求解决对策。
To enhance the Chinese Communist Party＇s leading role in college and improve the Party building work in college basic level,is the foundation of the building of Chinese characteristic socialist college. This essay studies according to the working function of Party building work in college basic level,analysis the present state of the responsibility system and assessment system for Party building work in college basic level as well as the achieved results and existing problems according to the new situation and new issue. This essay explores the solving countermeasures of the building of scientific responsibility system and assessment system for Party building work in college basic level.
