随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,新建本科院校由于办学历史不长,在办学条件、师资队伍及人才培养模式等方面临很多问题,培养的人才技术应用能力不强,不能充分满足经济社会发展对应用型人才的新需求。因此,新建地方本科院校就必须找准自身发展中存在的问题,并采取相应的对策,才能在竞争中谋求发展,争取竞争优势。

With＇the popularization of higher education,newly-built undergraduate colleges have been faced a＂ lot of problems such as teaching conditions,teachers and personnel training mode est.,because of their short history. The talents educated by the colleges can not fully meet the needs of economic and social development of the new demand for applied talents. Therefore,the newly-built local colleges must find out the problems in the development,and take appropriate countermeasures to seek development in the competition,and strive for competitive advantage.
